مروری به بررسی ایمونولوژیکی SARS-Cov-2

زمینه و هدف بیماری کووید-19 یک بیماری عفونی به‌شدت مسری می‌باشد که توسط یک کروناویروس جدید ایجاد می‌شود که می‌تواند از انسان به انسان از طریق تماس نزدیک منتقل شود. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اطلاعات جدید در زمینه ایمونولوژی کووید-19 می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها در مطالعه مروری حاضر، از موتورهای جستجوی Google و Google Scholar و مقالات نمایه شده در پایگاه‌های علمی معتبر بین‌المللی از جمله Pub Med، MedLine و سایت بهداشت جهانی (WHO) که منتشر شده بودند استفاده گردید. در این مطالعه، مقالات منتشر شده درباره کووید-19 و در حوزه ایمونولوژی بررسی شدند و مقالاتی که امکان دسترسی آزاد (Opean Acess) نداشتند و تنها به چکیده امکان دسترسی بود از مطالعه حذف شدند. یافته‌ها در مجموع مطالعات صورت گرفته، میزان سیتوکین‌هایی مانند IL-10,IL-7,IL-2,G-CSF, TNF-α در سطح بالایی در بیماران مبتلا گزارش گردیده است. گیرنده ACE2 به عنوان گیرنده هدف ویروس کووید-19 مطرح است که ویروس پس از ورود به ریه‌ها به آن متصل می‌شود، سپس تکثیر و مهار اولیه ویروس توسط IFN-I مهار می‌گردد. نتیجه‌گیری پس از بررسی مطالعات انجام شده مشخص شد تقویت سیستم ایمنی در برابر عفونت‌های ویروسی، حائز اهمیت است. این ویروس با ایجاد اختلال در تولید اینترفرون‌های نوع I و کاهش بیان در تولید MHC-I , II سیستم ایمنی را ضعیف و فرّار می‌کند. از جمله راهکارهای مناسب برای مبارزه با کووید-19 ساخت واکسن مناسب در راستای بهبود سیستم ایمنی و تولید سلول‌های T و سایتوکاین‌ها می‌باشد.
